About Us
The Immigrant Community Development Center Inc (ICDC) is a public charity non-profit organization located at 299 Carew Street Suite 134, Springfield, MA 01104. It is dedicated to supporting and empowering immigrant communities by offering accessible educational opportunities, hope, and empowerment programs to immigrant and refugee youth, adults, and families. We provide various services such as language classes, job training, legal assistance, cultural integration programs, youth programs, adult programs, social justice and court system understanding, and college application assistance to help immigrants thrive in their new environment. ICDC focuses on youth, adult, and family education, along with civics and social engagement success, contributing to the anti-racism, cultural development, and economic movements of the Western Massachusetts region. Our mission is to be emerging leaders committed to immigrant and refugee engagement and success, with a vision to collaborate with other nonprofit organizations in the Western MA region. Our values include integrity and excellence, diversity and cultural sensitivity, equality and social justice, and collaboration and accessible education. The organization also offers volunteering and sponsoring opportunities for individuals and organizations interested in supporting its cause.
